04 Feb Freelancing, The Real Luke, and Giant Pigeons
Dude. The past couple weeks have been busy. For some reason I decide it would be a good idea to take some freelance editing work. so in addition to working 40 at my day job, and working on my own stuff – I was also cutting for 2 different clients.
One client was very difficult to deal with, the other was not. Both were consistently late in providing feedback and kept pushing their deliveries. *sigh* Oh well, it’s not so bad and it’s going to pay for SXSW.
In other news, I finished the mixing, coloring timing, and titling for “The Real Luke.” I have one small fix and it will be done. Woohoo! It’s nice to have things moving again…I like making things and I like moving forward.
The music video and short film in NYC are still up the air. I should know by the end of the week if it’s going to happen. It’s pretty short notice, but neither shoot is too complicated, so I’m confident we can pull it off.
Did anyone watch the superbowl commercials?
Some of them were just bad. I think the worst were the Nascar, Indian Gaming, and Salesgenie.com ads.
However, Fedex delivered once again with this amazing spot.
